大沢由美子（小林ひとみ）弁護士の夫･実が勤める黒沼病院でおこった医療ミスをめぐる本格ドラマ。黒沼院長が株での損失が元でおこった医療ミスの現場には、夫実も。由美子は、夫の実に話しを聞こうとするが、実は「君は今の生活をメチャメチャにしたいのか」と怒り、何も話をしてくれない。実が怒ったことで由美子は、事件の真相を調べるには実とは別居した方がよいと思い家を出ていく。いろいろ調べても一向に見えてこない真実につかれきって、由美子は、秘書と憂さ晴らしにお酒を飲みに繰り出す。ひどく酔っ払った由美子は、実とのセックスがないことで宮下に体を預けてしまう。実は、院長に呼ばれ、将来を約束し遠巻きに全てを隠すよう〇要させるが、そのことに腹を立てた実が、「私も人を助ける仕事だ」と言い、由美子に全てを打ち明けることを決意する。／ミセス弁護士小林ひとみ禁欲の医療ミス
