めちゃめちゃ可愛いみいなさん２３才の心音動画パート５です。
こちらでは、すい眠中の心臓の音と拍動系を収録しております。
もちろんこちらでも不整脈がいたるところで出ております。
内容は、
・すい眠中の心臓の音(１５分４５秒)
・運動後の頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音(３分３９秒)
・鳩尾の拍動と心臓の音(４分３２秒)
となっております。
動画の長さは２３分５６秒です。
すい眠中の心臓の音では、あまり時間がありませんでしたので、短時間ではありますがみいなさんにすい眠していただきました。またパルスオキシメーターを付けて常に心拍数が分かる状態で寝ていただいております。
この撮影の際に次の湯船につかっていただく撮影の準備をしておりましたので、お湯を入れている音などが入っていますが、なるべく気にならないように音質の調整をして心臓の音が聞こえやすくなるようにしております。
動画が始まってすぐに不整脈が連発しており、心拍数は、約７５BPM～８５BPMを行ったり来たりしている感じです。
２分５８秒あたりでびっくりなことが起きております。
「ドック、ドック、ドックド、 、 、 、ドック、ドックドク」と約１秒ほど心臓が止まっております。
ご本人は何も感じてないようですので、もしかすると日頃こういう現象も起きているのかもしれませんが、撮影では、初めて取れましたので私もびっくりしました。
また３分１６秒辺りでも心臓が止まっております。
この現象は、この２回でしたので、すごく貴重ですね。
５分２秒辺りからは、パルスオキシメーターが一時計測不可能となり数値が出ていませんね。不整脈が多すぎるあまり計測が難しいのでしょうか？
３０秒ほどするとまた正常に計測されております。
みいなさんも最初のうちは、心拍数が気になるのか何度か目を開けて確認しておりますがそのうち、寝息を立てられております。
８分４０秒辺りで、寝言のようなものを言われており、それにびっくりしたのか目を開けております。その際、少し鼓動が速くなっているように感じます。
その後また少し寝られておりますが、１０分２９秒あたりから心拍数が５５BPM辺りまで急激に下がっております。
すぐに上がっておりますが、また急激に下がっており、私がみいなさんを起越すのと同時に心拍数が５０BPMを下回っており警告音を発していました。ものすごいタイミングでしたのでびっくりしましたね。
運動後の頸動脈の拍動と心臓の音では踏み台昇降をしてベッドに寝ている状態から動画が始まっております。運動後なので心臓がバクバクですね。
速い鼓動に合わせてみいなさんの首がビクンビクンと動いているのが確認でき必死に血液を送っているのが映像からも伝わってきますね。
ちなみにすい眠中の心臓の音のなかでも頸動脈が拍動しているのが見れますので、そちらぁ鮏べると速さが違うのが一目瞭然化と思います。
またここでも不整脈が出ており、他の動画ではあまり見られない、バクバクで速い＋不整脈というレアな鼓動です。おかげで、脈はもうめちゃくちゃですね。頸動脈の拍動も不整脈に合わせてバラバラに拍動しており、しっかりと心臓の動きと連動しているのが分かります。
しばらくすると鼓動が落ち着きを取り戻しております。
鳩尾の拍動と心臓の音では、みいなさんの鳩尾の拍動は少し見えにくかったので、水を数滴たらして撮影しております。
少し見にくいですが呼吸に合わせてお腹が上下に動いており、その合間合間に鳩尾の拍動が水の光で反射してピクピクと動いているのが確認できます。
