初めに正面から聴診器を当てさせていただき心臓の音を聴かさせてもらいました。
上の水着をとっていただきトップレスの状態なので、聴診器も当てやすいですね。
左胸あたりに当てた後、少し下の心尖部あたりや右胸あたりにも当て音の聞こえやすさに違いがあるか聞いております。当てる箇所によって音がはっきり聞こえたり、くぐもったように聞こえたりと違いが分かりやすく、るあさんの心臓も少し左側寄りにあるのが分かります。

今度は踏み台昇降直後に風船を膨らませていただきました。
踏み台昇降中から撮影しており、聴診器の擦れる音も入っておりますが、それでも徐々に速く強くなっていっており運動で心拍数も上がっておられますね。

始める前から心拍数はすでに１００BPMを超えており、そこからスクワットをしていただきますが、心拍数にあまり変化はありませんね。しかし動画内で、るあさんも言っておりますが、スクワットが終わってからその場に立っていただいたときの方が少し心拍数が上がって変化しております。
