今作では当院オリジナルの反応検査というものを導入しました。昨今の若者はスマホの見過ぎによる脳の疲労に伴う不感症の方が多いと報告がありました。そこで当院では若者の感度が正常に働いているかをチェックするための検査を導入し世界規模におけるリーディングホスピタルを目指します。

通常の心電図検査→運動負荷試験→反応検査を3つのカメラでその様子を盗撮しております。

反応検査初導入の記念すべき患者さんは近くの学校の学生さんです。小さいころから不整脈もちとのことで他の病院に通院してたようですが、この度当院で初受診となりました。まずは体温を測ってもらい、聴診器で胸の音を聞きます。そして心電図検査をして運動負荷試験を行います。そして初の反応検査です。最初は胸からチェック。のっけからぴくぴく感じてしまう学生さん。とても反応が良いのでそのまま下半身に向かいます。どんどん感度が上がってきたのでパンツをずりおろし直接当ててチェック。ビクビクガクガクと脚が小刻みに揺れ出しその後、果ててしまいました。もう一度反応が見たくなりそのまま2回目のチェック。またもやすぐに果ててしまい、彼女は正常な感度を持っていることが証明されました。

某私大病院の教授をしている『総回診』と申します。実際教授回診をしているのでこのハンドルネームにさせていただきました。何年も前からこのサイトの動画を楽しませてもらっていたのですが、承認欲求といいますか私が所持しているデータを皆様と共有したいという思いで登録いたしました。私は今となっては教授位に就いておりますが以前は循環器内科の主治医をしておりました。このとき仕事は激務でしたが楽しくも頑張っておりました。その一つの楽しみがありまして、『心電図検査』となります。女性患者（若い）が診察に来るときはいつもテンションが上がってしまいなるべく看護師を別の仕事にいかせたりして一対一の診察を心がけておりました。
基本的に心電図検査は胸を露出することなくタオルをかけてあげるのですが、若い患者さんのときはタオル無しでほぼ胸を露出させた状態で検査に臨んでいました。怪訝な顔をする子もなかにはいなくもないのですが、私の担当する患者さんは小さい幼少のときから診察をしている子が多いためなんら疑問をもつこがいないといいますか私のことを父親のように思ってくれているのか安心しているのかと思います、、。
